These cookies need no baking yet they make one decadent dessert. The dough made of dates, walnuts, and shredded coconut is gooey and delicious, easily molding itself into any kind of cookie shape you like. You have a full creative license here with the toppings using any kind of fresh of frozen fruit and berries as a centerpiece. Topping it with a drizzle of honey put a cherry on top of this dish….literally!
